Most college programs are reactive. We're not. Here's how we operate — and what you can expect if your name lands on our board.
Every submission gets reviewed by a coach — not a form-filter, not a chatbot, not a junior staffer pretending to be one of us. If your tape lands in our inbox, your tape gets watched. If your profile checks our boxes, you'll hear back. If it doesn't, you'll still hear back. The ghost-route ends here.
We don't run a hype machine. We run a player-development operation. Practice plans, film study, weight room, skill work — built around where you actually are right now, not where a recruiting service ranked you. The goal isn't to fill a jersey. It's to turn the player you are into the player you should've been three years from now.
The classroom is part of the program. Not a hurdle to clear, not a courtesy mention on a tour, not the academic-advisor's problem. Eligibility is the foundation everything else stands on, and our staff treats it that way. Tutors, mentors, scheduling, accountability — we put structure around it so you can stay on the floor.
If you're a fit, we'll say so. If you're not, we'll say that too — and we'll tell you what would change our mind. No empty promises, no inflated offers to look like we're winning a recruiting battle. The cost of a misaligned commitment is two wasted years for both of us. We'd rather burn the awkward conversation now than burn each other later.
